No problem! We're not Realtors, so we just need the CBS (Call Before Showing) code to access the property. You can provide this when you book.
The number of photos depends on the size of the property. Typically, you'll receive 25-40 professionally edited photos for an average home. Larger properties receive more photos.
Yes! All photos are professionally edited, properly sized, and ready to upload directly to the MLS.
Absolutely! Just text or call us before your scheduled appointment and we'll add any additional services you need.
No, you don't need to be present. Just provide access instructions (lockbox code, CBS code, etc.) and we'll handle the rest professionally.
We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of booking.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
Most residential shoots take 45-90 minutes depending on the size of the home. We work efficiently while ensuring we capture every important angle.
